His expertise in Performance Testing is evident in his work with tools like JMeter and Neoload, contributing to major projects like Aarogya Setu, CoWIN Dashboard, and systems for the Tamil Nadu government. His efforts in application performance monitoring and implementation of APM solutions using open-source tools have been crucial in these projects.

As a Data Architect, Kaushik played a key role in the Datalibre project by IIT Madras, working with data analytics tools such as Metabase, ClickHouse, and the Hadoop Ecosystem. His work spans various sectors, with significant contributions to Machine Learning and AI solutions in aviation, banking, and insurance, and in developing computer vision systems for medical diagnostics.

In the last seven years, his collaboration with IIT Madras through Resileo Labs has led him to manage key applications as a Solution Architect, including Wellness Portal, Research Admission Application portal, Student Support Portal, and a portal for NIRF data collection and reporting, marking his significant impact in the domain.

Shankar Viswanathan is our AVP Operations and carries 3 decades of experience in Insurance, Finance and HR activities. He worked as Manager in Life Insurance Corporation of India as Assistant Manager carrying out IT operations and User Acceptance Testing.

Shankar is a commerce graduate and Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.He has also been an Internal Quality Auditor.

Shankar is a Chess Player and an ardent follower of Indian Cricket and analyses Indian Corporates Financials with an eye on various Investments.

Dr.Siva brings an impressive and diverse background with extensive 20+ years of experience in the software industry, shipping, logistics, and e-learning. As Assistant Vice President Sales with Resileo, Dr. Siva relentlessly works on elevating organizational revenue through strategic leadership, team development, and innovative sales strategies.

Being an Associate Member of the Indian Council for Technical Research and Development further establishes his professional connections and involvement in technical research activities.

He holds a Premier Business Management qualification from ICTRD, Executive MBA in Marketing from IICT Lucknow. Additionally, his involvement with 26,000 students, 50+ NGOs,in Education, rural women empowerment, and youth development showcases a strong commitment to social responsibility and community development. This earned him a Hons.Doctorate in Social Work.

Sriraman is the Sr. VP, Customer Delight at Resileo Labs. Sriraman has architected, designed and developed large scale products, at internet scale. He has worked on many performance engineering projects and put his hands on in resolving very complex performance issues with innovative out of box methods and concepts. Sriraman loves cloud, mobile and peta-bytes of data.

Sriraman has BE in Electrical engineering from REC (NIT now) Durgapur. He is passionate about practicing meditation and mentoring college students on soft-skills.

Mr.Nagarajan is the Founder and CEO of Resileo. Nagarajan has spent his entire career in Performance engineering and testing and has worked on some of the most complex problems in the industry.

Prior to Resileo, Nagarajan co-founded Appedo and was the Founder-CEO of Softsmith Infotech, an organization dedicated to Performance engineering, reporting, testing and test automation.

Nagarajan has BE in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Guindy. Nagarajan is passionate about Carnatic Indian classical music, writing poetry in Tamil, playing badminton and mentoring young and energetic people on technology.
